Launch Enterprise – Project Engineer Propulsion
The project engineer will develop products for and support the New Entrant Certification Team (NECT) in technical reviews (e.g. ERB, System Verification Review (SVR), Chief Engineer Review Board (ChERB), as appropriate), system-level risks, test plan reviews, certification reports, NECT IPT inputs, and CCB inputs.
As a facilitator, the project engineer supports Biweekly meetings regarding NASA, NRO and/or NECT-related activities (e.g. ERB participation, information sharing etc.).
The project engineer evaluates, tracks, and reports on Vulcan propulsion and engine issues and changes to support certification activities. As an expert action officer, the project engineer will be working with The Aerospace Corporation and with Air Force counterparts.

+ Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills for presentation and reporting
+ Minimum of a Bachelor’s of Science (B.S.) in Engineering with an emphasis in Propulsion and Engines.
+ Minimum of 4 years of experience in launch vehicle engines and propulsion.
+ US Citizenship
+ Active Secret clearance strongly preferred
