Job Description

PeopleTec, Inc. is currently seeking an Intermediate Engineer in Sensor Systems Engineering to support our Huntsville, AL operations.

Support Missile Defense Agency sensors systems engineering, risk management, configuration management, and data management.

Requirements:

Engineering and analysis skills sought include supporting sensors engineering, configuration, and data management activities; assessing configuration changes, updating baselines, and maintaining data and update databases; coordinating risk activities with the System Engineering Risk Management Program and MRWG; and participating in the decision making process for boards, councils, working groups, and IPTs.

Capable of leading and executing extensive engineering/scientific support on systems, system elements, interfacing systems, components, devices and/or processes for complex developmental and operational weapon system programs Possesses in-depth practical and theoretical technical/engineering knowledge Capable of working independently, as a team member, or leading teams/tasks to solve engineering/scientific problems Capable of leading implementation of system engineering “V” processes across a program acquisition life cycle Capable of providing daily supervision and direction to support teams Travel: 15-20% Must be a U.S. Citizen A U.S. DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have a Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this clearance level during their employment.

Educational Requirements:

A completed Bachelors Degree in a related field with 7 years of experience.
