JOB DESCRIPTION:

Platform Integrator Applicant will serve as a Senior Platform Integrator to the Project Manager (PM), Product Manager (PdM), and Assistant Program Managers (APM) through the development of Program/Product: Acquisition Strategies/Plans (Contractual Documentation/Performance Work Statements/Product Description Documents/Schedules), Financial Strategies/Plans (LIRA/POM/Spend Plans), Contracting Strategies/Plans (Contract Vehicles/Contract Requirements Packages), Logistics Strategies/Plans (Heavy Maintenance/Readiness/GFP), and Technical Strategies/Plans (Requirements/System Engineering/Configuration Management/Safety/Quality).

- Serves on an on Integrated Product Team (IPT) supporting the Life- Cycle Management of the Army’s Aircraft Survivability Equipment for various platforms; which includes coordinating all the Program, Business, Technical, Logistics, and Operations Functions for the PM/PdM/APM.

- Candidates will review and approve Contract Data Items and Technical Proposals to ensure compliance with Procurement Work Statements.

- Candidates will analyze and assist with Program/Product Cost Estimating, Program/Product Scheduling, and Program/Product Strategic Analysis and Recommendations.

- Candidates are responsible for preparing Funding Requests, Funding Justifications, Funding Impact Statements, and Cost Savings Reports in order to ensure proper execution of Program/Product Funding Requirements.

- Prepares and produces both internal and external Communications for PM/PdM/APM to include: Executive Summaries, White Papers, Information Papers, Decision Papers, Program Status Briefings, Milestone Decision Reviews, and any additional Reporting Requirements.

- Candidates responsible for coordinating with multiple DoD activities to include: MDW, TRADOC, FORSCOM, AMC, ATEC, PEO, COE, and the Army Staff (ASA-ALT/G3/G4/G8).

- Candidates will provide Direct Support to the PM, PdM, APM, and Functional Departments by preparing and presenting Briefings and other products on behalf of the PM/PdM/APM and/or serve as his Representative at meetings.

- Clearance Level Required: None

- Clearance Level To Obtain: Secret

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- DoD Acquisition Experience with specific experience in Weapon Systems Integration, Program Integration, and/or Project/Product/Program Management;

- Bachelor’s Degree and 15 years of related experience.

- The ideal Candidate will have Military or Civil Service Experience ;

- DoD Acquisition Experience with specific experience in Weapon Systems Integration, Program Integration, and/or Project/Product/Program Management;

- DoD Project/Product/Program Office or DoD Headquarters Staff Experience: Program Management Certification from Defense Acquisition University (Level III) or from Project Management Institute;

- Preferred Master’s Degree; and Secret Security Clearance.
