The candidate will conduct detailed assessments of a Systems of Systems construct consisting of four Major End Items (MEIs). The candidate will assess interfaces between MEIs and identify potential issues for interoperability with export variants of other MEIs. The candidate will identify alternatives for high risk Cis. The candidate will assist in identifying NRE Recoupment, Buy-Down Cost. The candidate will assist identifying recommended HW, SW, and Interface alternatives necessary to achieve export objectives. The candidate will identify differential or protection measures to ensure HW, SW, technologies, and performance capabilities are not compromised. The candidate will assist in the preparation and delivery In-Progress-Reviews and reports.
New Hire Success Factors:

  • 30 days Demonstrate understanding of DEF process
  • 60 days Demonstrate understanding of SoS construct
  • 90 days Demonstrate understanding of DEF requirements for SoS export
  • 8-15yrs + Bachelor of Science in a technical degree
  • DoD System of System acquisition experience supporting desired. Army program office and costing experience highly prized.
