Duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Maintain a POSITIVE attitude. Attend menu classes daily. *Set up tray jacks. Carries dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen. *Wipes table tops and chairs with damp cloth. Get linens from the laundry department. *Replaces soiled table linens and sets tables with silverware and glassware. Replenishes supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room. *Supplies service bar with food such as soups, salads, and desserts. Serves ice water and butter to patrons. Clear dirty dishes off of tables and stack neatly on trays. *Take trays back to kitchen, frequently. Make sure dining room stays clean and neat during entire seating. *Getting any extra items servers might need. Clean up tea/coffee area. Empty linen bins and place them on shelves in chaffing dish room. *Vacuum all floors at the end of the shift Do all assigned side work. Report gratuities within company guidelines and federal law. *Regular and prompt attendance as well as the ability to work the schedule as defined and overtime as required.** Any problems punching in or out must be reported to your supervisor immediately.
