Job Description

Candidate will provide administrative and programmatic support to the Counter Rocket, Artillery and Mortar Program Office and associated personnel. The candidate chosen for this position will be a key member of a high-impact, fast-paced environment. Assist KBRwyle employees working in PM C-RAM Programs with company timekeeping procedures and expense reimbursement, travel arrangements, purchase and meeting request processes. Must be able to perform specialized assignments relating to typing, word processing, and graphics illustration using computers with very little direction. Perform a variety of support services such as operation of reproduction equipment to produce large volumes of documents, courier service and mail service, etc. Maintain personnel and other files; prepare correspondence, schedules and coordinates travel to include processing travel approvals and trip reports. Assist in the preparation of documents and supports the development of contract deliverables and reports. Prepare, edit, coordinate, and/or maintain reports, briefings, and spreadsheets. Responsible for integrating the graphics generated with automated tools and the deliverable documents.

Experience/Knowledge:

• Secret security clearance and US citizenship are required.
