We are seeking accomplished and innovative individuals who are excited about our mission to keep critical infrastructure safe from cyber\-based adversaries

As a part of a team, support cybersecurity analysis of information systems supporting Army programs:

+ Support integration and networking of tactical systems

+ Support the development and sustainment of networking solutions to support evolving architecture requirements

+ Support successful testing and evaluation of network systems

+ Assist with conducting vulnerability and compliance assessments on information system components

+ Support the development of risk mitigation strategies

+ Support system updates and regression testing

+ Troubleshoot technical and security issues and conduct root cause assessments

+ Support certification and accreditation \(C&A\) activities of information systems

+ Support the implementation of DISA Security Technical Implementation Guide \(STIG\) compliance measures

+ Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80\. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine\-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off\.


Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience \(or MS 3 years, or PhD 0 years\); 4 additional years of experience acceptable in lieu of a degree\.

+ Familiarity with selecting, configuring and testing managed network devices including switches, routers, and wireless radios

+ Must be proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook

+ Active Secret \(or above\) Security Clearance\.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience evaluating impacts to tactical systems after applying STIG compliance measures

+ Experience reviewing and testing impacts of vulnerability and compliance assessments on information system components

+ Broad knowledge of information systems, the impacts of system hardening on those systems, and experience diagnosing and resolving issues caused by the system hardening

+ Experience with managed network devices and systems

+ Experience with wireless point\-to\-point, point\-to\-multipoint, and multipoint communication devices and systems

+ Experience with IP Video distribution

+ Security Certification: Security , CISSP, CCNA\-Security

+ MS Project
