Analyst CCM Team: This team is responsible for horizontal CCM technology insertion to manifest an improved end-to-end BMDS capability. Analyst will develop and document conceptual approaches, analyze extremely complex and highly sensitive systems, methods, procedures, and processes. Conduct technical analyses of existing and potential Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) elements and architectures in support of the definition and development of overall system requirements and required component functionalities. Emphasis will be on the quantification of the existing and proposed BMDS counter countermeasure capability. Provides technical leadership for teams of 2-4 analysts. Coordinates with functional working group leads, other task leads, and government offices.Strong technical background in missile defense and systems engineering of large, complex weapon systems. Experience or working knowledge of the development of analytical tools and numerical modeling of complex systems using MATLAB or a similar computing environment. Strong communication skills, with proven ability to provide management with technical briefings. Must have study lead experience with teams of at least 2-4 analysts. SECRET security clearance. Job will require a detailed understanding of the underlying physics of various CCM techniques and algorithms.
1. Bachelors Degree in a related discipline.
2. Masters Degree preferred.
10-15 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN AREA OF EXPERTISE.
Ballistic missile defense experience, including discrimination, radars, kill vehicles and infra-red sensors. Strong coordination, organization, teaming and communication abilities. Familiarity with BMDS threat generation and selection. Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
