Description: Account Manager

Regular Driver’s License Required

• Setting daily goals and maintaining proper past due standards as posted in the store
• Placing reminder calls to customers on there due date as needed per the “Collections Outline”
• Calling past due customers twice daily per the “Collections Outline”
• Always be respectful and professional when speaking with customers and use “Positive Collection Practices”
o Solve problems
o Set up on proper due dates
? Weekly and Bi-Weekly customers on Saturdays or Mondays
? Semi Monthly customers on 3rd and 17th or 10th and 25th
? Monthly customers on the 3rd 10th 17th or 25th
o Be consistent and fair
• Follow up on all Customer commitments hourly
• Send out 1-14 day and 15+ (certified ) collection letters weekly
• Set up and work all 15+ and Skip/Stolen files a minimum of 3 times weekly and review with Credit I/O
• Maintain accurate customer information in the computer and customer file and update as needed
• Make field visits to past due customers homes as needed
• Helping with customers on the showroom and helping to take customer payments as needed
• Assisting with deliveries, pick ups, and service calls as needed
o Report any and all mechanical problems with vehicles to the Store Manager immediately
o Ensure all tools dollies straps and blankets are maintained and accounted for daily
o Use company gas cards for company vehicles only and turn cards in to the Store manager at the end of the day with all receipts and truck keys
o Ensure Company cell phones are used for inter-company Mobile to Mobile only
o Make sure showroom is rent ready at all times by replacing what you take
o Clean and refurbish products upon return
? Take proper care of the merchandise at all times and utilize blankets and straps to protect while in struck and storage
• Other duties as assigned by the Store or Assistant Manager
