PeopleTec is currently seeking a Basic Analyst to support the International Engineering contract in Huntsville, AL.
Provide advice to MDA/IP and its contractors in preparing the following documents: Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs); ITAR exemptions; import and export documents (e.g., export licenses); international agreements; and Security Classification Guides. Resolve any contentions that arise in security procedures by referencing US laws, State Department regulations, congressional orders and consulting US government authorities for appropriate methods/assistance. Assist with requests and processing of TAAs and ITAR exemptions for companies supporting International Cooperative or Foreign Military Sales Programs. Coordinate documentation with the Technical Intelligence Directorate (DEI) and other organizations identified by MDA/DE or MDA/IP. Provide supporting rationale for exemptions. Participate in Program reviews such as Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), Development Baseline Reviews (DBRs), Director’s Program Reviews (DPRs), and Program Element Reviews (PERs).
Required Skills/Experience:Experience with generating Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs) and ITAR exemptions Possess an ability to plan, coordinate, and support product development and required International Engineering documentation in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment Ability to follow established procedures, and solve routine problems Capability to use the Microsoft Office package to include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Travel: 15% to 20% of the time to various locations to include manufacturing sites, integration sites, and test sites within the CONUS or OCONUS. Must be a U.S. Citizen An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
A completed Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Physics.
Desired Skills:Experience with interacting and supporting government program offices and contractors to obtain TAAs, ITAR exemptions, export licenses, international agreements or security classification guides Familiarity with Missile Defense Major program milestone reviews Test issue identification and resolution Ability to coordinate to obtain weapon system test data and write status reports Experience in the design, development, testing, production, or production of missile defense weapon systems
