Must have active “Secret” security clearance
Understand the GFEBS business processes.
Identify if GFEBS transactions, interfaces and reports are running appropriately and reconciling with source data.
Coordinate with end-user, functional and/or technical representatives to resolve GFEBS help desk tickets.
Analyze GFEBS issues/tickets for common themes to be addressed via training or identification of system change(s).
Generate content for and conduct GFEBS related functional forums and train process resources on how to use ECC/BI reports.
Analyze, document, recommend solution, and drive resolution to issues arising from design or technical constraints for GFEBS processes.
Support solution transition to production and work with business to understand and incorporate changes into their processes.
Assess and resolve problems associated with GFEBS processes and interfaces.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues associated with GFEBS interfaces.
Coordinate and support GFEBS year-end close activities.
Required: Local to Huntsville, no remote work or travel
Required: Understand GFEBS concepts and able to apply concepts using supporting systems and processes
Required: Microsoft Excel proficiency
Required: Ability to analyze financial postings
Preferred: Experience working within SAP ERP system
Preferred: Minimum Undergraduate Degree from an accredited University/College
Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels in order to articulate customer needs & changes necessary and train end-users.
Project management experience with the ability to multi-task
Ability to be self-directed in the completion of individual work assignments
Customer serving personality within a fast-paced environment
