Position Title: Technical Professional Leader – Electrical
KBR is seeking a Technical Professional Leader – Electrical. Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for performing and leading engineering and design for electrical systems and components for heavy industrial facilities in the Chemical or Pulp and Paper Industry. Responsible for developing engineering studies, writing scope and design criteria, selecting electrical equipment, and preparation of detail drawings for construction. Must be thoroughly experienced with preparing design and detail drawings for installation of electrical systems and equipment including motors, controls, panels and wiring, starting and protective devices, lighting, grounding, cable tray and conduit routing.
- Skills are typically acquired through an undergraduate degree in Engineering and a minimum of 7 years related experience, with average experience of 10 years.
Experience in Chemicals and/or Pulp and Paper industries highly desired. Good oral and written presentation skills are required.
