Job Description

Position Summary:?
This position is responsible for providing hardware and software product training to end users. The Implementation Specialist will conduct training sessions at customer sites utilizing adult learning techniques and conduct training sessions remotely using online training tools. This individual will perform all preparatory tasks to ensure that training sessions are effective and completed in a timely manner. He/she will work with Project Managers, deployment teams, and others to coordinate the setup of training session schedules to coincide with the end user?s desired schedules. The Implementation Specialist will closely review proposed software integration files from the customer?s billing system or other sources and provide suggestions to make the files operable. This role will create and conduct training presentations for sales, distribution, and internal personnel as well as provide technical telephone support to end users. This individual will become a subject matter expert in all aspects of metering systems while creating, reviewing, and modifying documentation used in training sessions and presentations. Significant travel is involved with this position.? ?


  1. Conduct training sessions on metering systems.
  2. Complete all preparatory work required for sessions.
  3. Coordinate and schedule of future training sessions.
  4. Create, review, and update product documentation.
  5. Assist as needed with product presentations.
  6. Provide follow-up and technical telephone support.

?Minimum Associates’ degree required; Bachelor of Science degree in MIS or related technical field or equivalent preferred.

Experience:?Proficiency in MS Office; specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Special Training:?Metering System Catalog and other provided tools.

Location:?Tallassee, Alabama; Significant travel involved.
