We are currently searching for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Huntsville, AL. The applicant will be part of a successful team that develops and supports the world’s most advanced high-fidelity UH-60 Black Hawk trainers and simulators. Successful programs depend on teamwork grounded in internal communication and include direct interaction with the end customer such as technical exchanges, presentations, and site-support.

+ Researching, designing, developing, implementing, testing, and evaluating software and systems that interface with tactical military systems.
+ Applyingprinciples and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis to produce simulated system software.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
+ Bachelor’s degreeand five (5) years or more of software development experience ( Technical Proficiencies: C#, Object Oriented Programming, Agile/SCRUM)
+ Will also consider:Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience; 9 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Clearance Requirement: Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
Desired Skills: The candidate should be self-motivated. A willingness to work and learn in a fast-paced environment as part of a dynamic and growing team is also a key to success. Additionally, the candidate should be both experienced in all facets of software development and familiar with software engineering tools and practices.
