SAIC is looking for a highly
motivated individual to fill an Intermediate and Advanced Scheduling Analyst position
providing facility engineering support to the Missile Defense Agency’s
Facilities, Military Construction and Environmental Management Directorate
(MDA/FD). This position will be located at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL.

The mission of the MDA/FD is to
site, acquire, oversee design and construction of, operate, and maintain real
property in support of the global MDA mission. This support includes, but is
not limited to, providing or performing program planning and schedule analysis as
they relate to these functional areas:

+ Provide program schedule analysis and technical support for theplanning, acquisition, and deployment of the Ballistics Missile DefenseSystem (BMDS).

+ Assist in decision documentation preparation such asbriefings and supporting materials (white papers, fact sheets, statusreports, progress reports, and information papers) that support life-cyclemanagement of MDA facilities and infrastructure.

+ Assist in the development and coordination of facilityand infrastructure life-cycle schedule requirements.

+ Maintain multiple schedule project files and databases, asassigned.

+ Perform stakeholder coordination through the executionof Working Groups and Integrated Product Teams.

+ Support the Government Lead in synchronizingorganizational activities.


+ Bachelors Degree and Minimum of 10+ years’ experience executingprogram planning and projectschedule activities orin lieu of degree 14+ yearsexperience executingprogram planning and projectschedule activities

+ Working knowledge of Primavera

+ Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Products (MS Project)

+ Must be able to obtain and maintain an Interim Secretsecurity clearance to start, as such, US Citizenship required

+ Experience executingprogram planning and schedule activitieson military construction projects

+ Strong verbal and written communications skills withhigh attention to detail

+ Demonstrated customer interface skills

+ Demonstrated capability to operate in a multi-taskenvironment.
