We are currently seeking Sr. Acquisition Analyst in Huntsville, AL.

Selected Candidate will be responsible for the following:

Provides programmatic analysis and support to the ITEP PM, DPM and APM Reviews
Analyzes, and applies the Joint Capabilities Integration & Development System (JCIDS), DoDI 5000.02, Federal Acquisition Regulation, and applicable statutory/regulatory requirements in support of execution of the ACAT IC ITE program
Assists in the development, tracking, and staffing of all higher level taskers and assignments
Supports the development, coordination, and configuration control of programmatic schedules, contract requirements packages, and decision briefings
Prepares, facilitates, and supports functional Integrated Product Team meetings, briefings, and program reviews
Develops and maintains status of task-based schedules, action items lists, minutes, and presentation materials
Assists with the management of daily operations of the Ops/Plans Division to include organizing, formatting, assuring accuracy and completeness of documents and presentations
Preparing, distributing, collecting, and maintaining all records, reports, files, paperwork and logs for supervisors

Experience and Technical Knowledge:

Technical expertise and in depth knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation
Planning, Programming, and Budgeting Execution (PPBE)
JCIDS acquisition process
DODI 5000.02 requirements, and applicable supporting statutory/regulatory documentation
Technical experience providing strategic life cycle planning and programmatic support for ACAT I
Major Defense Acquisition Programs Technical experience with the Department of the Army and Joint milestone decision staffing and review process
Desired MBA or MS: Acquisition & Contract Management preferred
Desired Training Certification: DAWIA Level III Program Management as well as any other DAWIA certifications
Project management and IPT experience, including contract actions/SOWs, CDRL and data management, Integrated Master Schedules, requirements verification and validation, and configuration management
10+ years of relevant work/job experience
Interim or Active Secret Clearance

Build strong working relationships with PM ITE management, support organizations, stakeholders, and peers through timely, consistent, transparent, and effective communication Plan
Organize, and manage complex acquisition projects simultaneously while providing innovative and executable options to resolve challenging programmatic issues
Utilize all available program management tools, spreadsheets, databases and the Microsoft Office Suite to efficiently manage and clearly communicate programmatic status
Remain responsive and flexible to organizational and programmatic changes
Analytical and evaluation skills to assess capability in meeting customer or project requirements
Oral and written communication skills for effective working relationships, interactions with customers, and exchange of information
