PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a HR Coordinator in Mobile, AL.
Position Summary :
+ This role will provide administrative support for HR activities at the Mobile Engineering Center.
+ The Human Resources Coordinator will support the positive culture and employee experience.
+ This position will provide support across a variety of programs, to include recruitment and onboarding, employee experience, benefits administration, and employee relations.
+ While primarily supporting Mobile Engineering, this position will be a part of the national HR team, occasionally providing support to programs.
Primary Responsibilities :
+ Support the paperwork process for all personnel actions for employees, temps and interns.
+ Act as the point of contact for HR related invoicing and procurement needs.
+ Assist HRBP as assigned.
+ Update appropriate document and policies as required.
+ Work with the regional HR team to ensure the smooth administration of benefits programs.
+ Coordinate onboarding for all new starts.
+ Provide best in class customer service to all employees at all times.
+ Assist with Employee activities.
+ Assist with employee relations issues as requested by HRBP.
+ Respond to employees regarding policies and benefits.
+ Support employee engagement and recognition activities.
+ Facilitate new hire orientation as needed.
+ All other activities as required.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or other relevant field or comparable experience.
+ Three years experience working in Human Resources or Business Administration.
+ PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
+ Proficient user of MS Office programs (particularly Excel).
+ Exposure to G-Suites a plus.
+ Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
