The Technical Services Analyst will provide support for PC hardware configuration/installation, Microsoft software setup, network connectivity, application/network troubleshooting, video conference troubleshooting/support, cellular smartphone setup/support and telephone system support. The analyst will troubleshoot reported problems in a timely and accurate manner and provide end user training/assistance when required.
•Install, configure, setup, support and maintain all personal computers and peripherals according to enterprise standards.
•Perform basic troubleshooting, assist user personnel with issues and conduct training as needed.
•Provide support for Office 365, Microsoft Active Directory, Office Professional, Exchange, Outlook, Lync/Skype and System Center.
•Provide basic support for Enterprise applications.
•Maintain enterprise security standards – Active Directory, virus protection, browser controls, cell phones.
•Troubleshoot routine problems associated with local LAN and WAN connectivity.
•Provide support of Atlanta video conference systems including training as necessary.
•Configure, install, support and maintain local telephony hardware, software and peripherals.
•Setup and support enterprise standard smartphones and other cellular devices.
•Maintain familiarity and compliance with company technical standards, policies and procedures.
•Handle assigned tasks related to documentation, reporting, etc.
•Perform tasks on projects of all sizes and scopes as assigned by senior staff.
•Insure that all problems and associated resolutions are entered into the Remedy Force ticketing system.
•Prepare management reports and metrics as required.
•Handle other duties as assigned. Work after hours as necessary to minimize business interruptions (system outages, troubleshooting, system upgrades, etc ).
