Job Description

Venturi has an exciting career opportunity for a Test Advanced Engineer/Analyst who will support flight and component test planning, operations, and execution. Test support includes assisting in the development of test logistics requirements, plans, shipment schedules, and conduct of test and evaluation events. The engineer/analyst will provide input and support preparation of test event documentation to include schedules and procedures. And, document detailed test requirements in the Universal Documentation System (UDS), Operations Requirements (OR), and Program Requirements Document (PRD) formats.

The primary function of the candidate will be to work closely with test and technical leads from multiple organizations to provide test logistical support.

Coordinate with test leads to identify, collect, and coordinate host test range support requirements.
Identify specific requirements for manpower, materiel, facilities, and services required.
Assist with development of organization processes and procedures and technical review of final products.
Coordinate and oversee the timely delivery of tactical and non-tactical equipment according to Government customer requirements.
Schedule reviews with supporting agency to capture technical and performance measurements that will address mission area deficiencies and cost improvements.
Provide retrograde support at remotes sites.
Provide computer resource support for tracking and assigning air transportation for support agency.
Be capable of using, adapting and developing schedule tools, techniques and processes for IMS support activities.
Understanding of and experience in the execution of BMDS tests, as specified in MDA BMDS Test Policy
Support test leads to coordinate and evaluate logistic actions required to support test goals and mission.
Ability to work with minimum supervision and track multiple processes.
Good communications skill, both verbal and written
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project)
Knowledge of the systems engineering lifecycle accompanied by basic system engineering principles and practices


15 years relevant experience. 10 years relevant experience if candidate has a MA/MS in a related field.


BA/BS in a related field.
