Job Description

QuantiTech has a twenty-eight-year track record of providing superior technical and management support to both Government and Commercial Customers in Systems Engineering and Integration; Program and Project Management; Test and Evaluation; Logistics Engineering; Safety; Business Management; and Information Technology.

QuantiTech is currently seeking C-RAM C-UAS Liaison & SETA Staff Officer to support our customer at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Serves as the lead Army C-UAS and C-RAM SETA representative for the Combined/Joint Task Forces (CJTF) in Operation Inherent Resolve and US Forces Afghanistan (USFOR-A) C-UAS responsible organizations.   Advises USFOR-A and CJTF-OIR Senior C-UAS Leadership on all matters pertaining to Army C-RAM C-UAS systems, their capabilities, and their integration with other Army C-UAS System of Systems.  Senior staff SETA for deployed C-UAS Task Forces, coordinating with and providing information to other Joint and Combined C-UAS team members, as security release authority permits.  As part of the CJTF level C-UAS Staff, CCLSO participates in, and provides feedback and staff products for all C-UAS related staff meetings as requested.  CCLSO is additional information conduit between PD C-RAM and the deployed unit Leadership, and CENTCOM C-UAS Leadership.  CCLSO will provide accurate and timely updates not less than weekly to PD-CRAM.  Assists C/J TFs with determining and aligning personnel requirements to the in-flow of PD-CRAM C-UAS systems into the theater.  CCLSO acts as Army C-UAS Liaison to USFOR-A and must ensure unity of position with the Army Staff and PD C-RAMCCLSO works in concert with JIDO to produce an integrated coherent C-UAS Strategy plan for C/J TFs.  CCLSO provides oversight and guidance to the Army C-UAS Mobile Training Team and provides support and mentorship to the Army C-UAS MTT Senior Trainer and aids in resolution of issues as required.   All other duties as assigned.  

Minimum Requirements:

Must currently possess an active and transferrable DoD security clearance with active investigation.
Must be able to obtain any required documents and/or credentials necessary for OCONUS deployment.
Must be able to obtain CRC clearance eligibility for OCONUS deployment.
Master’s degree and 10 years relevant work experience; substitutions may be allowed.
Previous work experience supporting C-RAM or C-UAS programs.
Previous experience as SETA support in a similar capacity.
Develop strong working relationships with C-RAM/C-UAS personnel and management.
Ability to manage complex projects and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
OCONUS travel is required; may be deployed for extended periods.
CONUS travel may also be required.
Must be willing and able to meet all travel requirements of this position.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
