Provide training on and technical support for SACS Housing Software and installation of computer equipment and software.
Provide technical support to customers for SACS Housing Software, Microsoft Office applications, Windows® operating systems, and computer hardware. Conduct training on SACS Housing Software.
Associates degree preferred. Equivalent work experience in computer related field accepted.
Must be able to effectively communicate both orally and written with a wide range of people. Must be able to interpret and convey detail technical solutions to others. Must be able to document work-flow details.
Must be able to work with others to achieve corporate objectives must demonstrate professionalism in adverse situations. Must be able to participate in staff meetings and cross training.
This job requires travel to customer sites for training.
Must be eager to learn, open to others ideas, have a good work ethic, desire to improve the current processes, and desire to set and achieve personal goals which will support corporate goals
