The Customer Success Manager works cooperatively with the sales team to manage pre and post-sales field support & services, ensuring customer success and exceptional experience for Neptune System customers. During customer onboarding, the Customer Success Manager provides coordination to field support activities and provides scheduled and ad-hoc training to customers in cooperation with System Support, Managed Services, and Neptune partners. During system infrastructure and deployment, he or she supports the activities of the System Propagation and Deployment Team to ensure system deployments meet customer expectations through software and MIU installation training and audit activities. The Customer Success Manager supports network monitoring & maintenance activities and direct action to enhance deployed system performance in cooperation with the System Propagation and Deployment Team and System Assurance Manager while also enabling the team to leverage Neptune?s CRM and Digital Services solutions to provide a customer 360 view, maximize efficiency, and communicate customer status to all stakeholders. The individual in this role will manage the team of Regional System Specialists and System Maintenance Technicians coordinating activities between Sales and Customer Experience. Significant travel required.
Education: Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 5 years? Neptune or relevant; 2 years? supervisory experience preferred.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills a must
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Leverage experience and strong ability to analyze data to address customer situations maximizing customer experience.
Location: It is strongly preferred that this position is based in the Tallassee, Alabama office. Significant travel required.
