Be able to understand and perform duties of HVAC Technician. Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring. Recommend, develop, or perform preventive or general maintenance procedures, such as cleaning, power-washing, or vacuuming equipment, oiling parts, or changing filters. Assemble, position, and mount heating or cooling equipment, following blueprints or manufacturer’s specifications. Position will also require other duties as assigned. Requirements for the position also include being on time to work as scheduled, being able to lift 100 pounds, availability to work any time, passing a background check and drug screen, and having a valid driver’s license. Must meet WIOA OJT eligibility requirements.
