Description: Parts Department:
Candidate will take orders from customers for parts; assist customers with part numbers; place orders with vendors for stock orders via email and internet; Inventory of stock.
Skills: This is a 40 hour (+) position, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday with 1 hour lunch. The candidate will be required to sit or stand for long periods of time. QuickBooks experience is an absolute plus in this position as this is the system we use. Employee must be trustworthy as you will be using computer for charging invoices to customer credit cards. Will discuss fully in interview.

Duties: Employee will be expected
to assist our customers with parts orders for commercial washers, dryers, ironers, etc. Employee will take order for parts, if part is not in stock, employee will order part from one of our vendors using purchase order. Employee will be expected to keep up with inventory of parts. Employee should have knowledge of and have worked with QuickBooks. Must have excellent customer service skills. Employee will be expected to look up part numbers using various manuals.
