Job Summary
Responsible for delivering a Highly Satisfied Customer Experience demonstrated by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying our REACH (Remember Everyone Affects Customer Happiness) philosophy and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store in order to support the needs of the business

Job Duties:
Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy Adheres and upholds all merchandise and signage standards
Partners with Merchandise Coordinator on the creation and maintenance of compelling features, flexing the sales floor as needed
Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded per company guidelines Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day

Merchandise Coordinator:
Minimum job skills required to perform this job (for example: programming languages, strong interpersonal skills, computer software packages).
Excellent customer service skills
Superior organizational skills with an attention to detail
Capable of handling multiple tasks at one time
Ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors to accomplish tasks Strong communication skills; verbal and written. Listens and responds appropriately Ability to train others
Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodations Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Minimum experience required to perform this job.
1 year retail and 6 months leadership

Customer Experience Coordinator
Superior organizational skills with an attention to detail Capable of handling multiple tasks at one time
Ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors to accomplish tasks Strong communication skills; verbal and written. Listens and responds appropriately Ability to train others
