POSITION SUMMARY

The function of the ASM is to provide day-to-day Supervision and Management of the employee-partners assigned to him/her, as well as maximizes profits, sales and distribution of all the products of the Buffalo Rock Company under the Team Rock Concept following the AIM Selling Guidelines.

Monitor all accounts to ensure proper service based on Division Policy for service frequency.

Monitor all accounts to ensure accounts are worked in accordance with the AIM Selling Process.

*
Develop and maintain positive professional customer relationships. Communicate with key accounts weekly/biweekly.

*
Ensure that every reasonable precaution is taken to protect the Company from possible damages, theft, or other liabilities.

*
Consistently review all existing policies/procedures for possible change.

*
Communicate all transshipping activity in accordance to Company Policy and Procedures.

*
Take responsibility for leading the assigned employee-partners and assuring that the Team Rock concept is the key to the group’s success.

*
Solicit all new accounts in your assigned sales area.

*
Notify FSM/GSM of any change to an existing account, including ownership or closure, etc.

*
Must properly complete all required paperwork to Company policy and timeline.

*
Using company guidelines develop, sell in, communicate and monitor all assigned accounts for CDA contracts and compliance (internally and externally).

*
Achieve and monitor all metrics and sales objectives as it relates to the balanced score card.

*
Monitor required AIM Certification criteria per account.

*
Achieve and monitor all account program key objectives.

*
Develop, communicate, and coordinate all approved pricing on all Buffalo Rock products (internally and externally).

*
Coordinate and assist with resets and new store openings

*
Coordinate equipment needs, equipment placements and point-of- purchase needs with General Sales Manager.

*
Assist with weekly forecasting to achieve company metrics.

*
Participate and contribute to the divisions “Strategic Planning” process and monitor to ensure all assigned plans are implemented and achieved.

*
Ensures collection of pallets and trays including pallets and trays that belong to third parties.

*
Contribute to the department’s profitability by meeting or exceeding all objectives.

Understand and then ensure all assigned sales objectives and quotas are reached under the Mid-Management Accountability Balanced Score Card through the combined efforts of the assigned employee-partners.

Ensure that every reasonable precaution is taken to protect self, employee-partners, customers, customer property, and is responsible for all Buffalo Rock equipment, racks, venders, and coolers whether the account is open or closed
