Busy medical office requires receptionist with multi-tasking skills!
Job duties may include but not limited to the following:
- Answering multi-phone lines
- Routing calls to correct person or taking messages if required
- Greeting patients as they sign in for appointments
- Distributing paperwork as needed
- May involve scheduling follow-up appointments
- General office and clerical duties
- Other duties as requested by office manager
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Some office experience preferred
Basic computer skills
