In your role as an Analyst I/Program Specialist Analyst, you will directly support a variety of Department of Defense weapon systems programs. Your job will be to plan, coordinate, and execute all activities associated with the production and design phase of testing and delivery to customers.
What you’ll do all day:
Work as part of a program team with program manager, engineers and technicians Support a program manager.
Create associated fabrication and assembly drawings packages for quote and builds.
Perform drawing checks for parts and assemblies in support of initial release and design revisions.
Communicate with engineers, technicians, and customers to discover and develop requirements with the goal of optimizing current and future designs.
Execute QA/QC activities
Use your skills to plan, coordinate, and execute all integration activities from the product design phase through test and delivery.
Duties include reading and interpreting technical data packages.
Create bill of materials and place/track purchases.
Conducting cost analysis and executing QA/QC functions.
Support multiple projects in parallel in an environment that changes quickly in response to customer needs.

Minimum requirements for this position:
High School Diploma.
Procurement process experience.
Understand quality principles.
Manage inventory and ensure project deliverables meet requirements.
Have a working knowledge of project management
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Government security clearance.
Must be a US Citizen.

Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficient in performing budget analysis
Buying and receiving experience desired
