GFP Static/Dynamic Auditor

Job Description

+ Execution of audit activities in the GFP area.

+ Perform visual, audio, and/or functional inspection of stationary vehicle.

+ Perform visual, audio, and/or functional inspection of vehicle through the following (including using the specified driving assistance systems):

+ Over rattle track.

+ On uphill incline.

+ On downhill incline.

+ Over speed bumps (sleeping policemen).

+ Around high speed curve.

+ Accelerating/Decelerating.

+ Any other specified dynamic audit activities.

+ Perform visual, audio and/or functional underbody inspection by driving over in-ground pit.

+ Documents inspection results with specified database(s).

+ Align within QM department on findings.

+ Support of repair activities

+ Delivers vehicle to repair group.

+ Provides issue information to repair team (Ex: where/what is the issue).

+ Perform functional tests following repair.

+ Assess and document result of repair job through GFP inspection.

+ Audit and document status of vehicles suspected to be non-conform.

+ Interdepartmental collaborations with VoCA on a daily basis.

+ Perform audits together with VoCA auditors.

+ Align on findings with VoCA following the VoCA audit process.

Education/Experience Requirements

+ High School Diploma/GED Required.

+ Valid Drivers License Required.

+ Certified to drive pre-production vehicles (Ex: FBE1)

+ Constant awareness and prioritization of issues relevant to product safety

+ Must be able to provide clear and concise feedback (written & verbal)

+ 1-3 years of Manufacturing experience, automotive experience highly desired.

+ Must be open to working any shift (A, B, or C Shift)
