Job Description

The Provisioner analyzes and coordinates the logistical functions of the organization. This position is responsible for the acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery and final disposal of resources. The Provisioner II should be proficient in all areas of Provisioning, expert knowledge of software used, including but not limited to, PowerLog, Haystack, and Excel. The Provisioner II should be able to develop Logistical Support Analysis (LSA) Reports.


Perform the Provisioning process with oversight from a senior level Provisioner.
Perform the full Provisioning process as it pertains to the project SOW.
Expert use of software: Excel, PowerLog-J, Nuance PDF Converter
Working knowledge of Logistics standards: GEIA-STD-0007, MIL-STD-1388-2B and others.
Knowledge of Provisioning data requirements: Reference Number, Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE), Item Name, Provisioning Contract Control Number (PCCN), Provisioning List Item Sequence Number (PLISN), Usable On Code (UOC), identification of the system breakdown, maintenance coding, maintenance, replacement factors, overhaul rates, roll-up quantities, design change information, long lead items, bulk items, tools and test equipment, etc. and associated parts manuals, as applicable.
Knowledge of “H” and “X” entities IAW GEIA-STD-0007 for PowerLog-J as it pertains to Provisioning.
Capable of producing, analyzing, and understanding Logistics Support Analysis Reports output of PowerLog-J as it pertains to Provisioning.
Proficient in analyzing and reading engineering drawings and vendor data for provisioning purposes.
Proficient in reading and understanding project documentation such as SOWs, schedules, and standards that pertain to assigned projects.
Knowledge in the use of Haystack and Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) screening for identification of NSNs and other pertinent data required for Provisioning.
Capable of conducting Provisioning Guidance Conferences and Provisioning Conferences.
Provide Provisioning support for any conferences, meetings, validations, verifications and/or Logistics demonstrations as required.
The Provisioner may be required to perform other related duties as necessary to meet the ongoing needs of the organization
Job Requirements

Advanced computer skills specifically using Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; ability to learn additional computer skills or software programs.
Strong analytical skills. Must be able to interpret large of amounts of data and isolate pertinent information and facts
Ability to enter data accurately into databases.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff.
Must be trustworthy
Effective oral and technical written communication skills to effectively and clearly communicate complex information in high pressure, emergency situations to others.
Ability to use general office equipment such as fax, phone, copier, etc.
Ability to follow a process.
Strong professional customer service skills, including active listening, prompt service and follow-up.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and consider decision impact across multiple areas with limited information in high stress situations and environments
Strong decision analysis and problem solving skills; ability to draw conclusions and justify decisions. Must be able to communicate issues to management and regulatory agencies
Ability to learn and understand corporate policies and procedures and how they relate to Yulista Aviation, Inc. goals.
Ability to perform intermediate mathematical computations, detect unobvious facts and issues, and exercise resourcefulness in resolving problems. Must have basic understanding of algebra and statistical functions
Ability to multi-task efficiently


Must be enrolled with an accredited University or College moving towards a Bachelor’s Degree or have a High School Diploma or Equivalent with 8 or more years of work related experience preferred.
Previous military / government logistics experience preferred, but not required
Must be well versed in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook SharePoint, PowerPoint and Project, with the ability to learn new software programs.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security clearance.
Ability to pass background investigation and drug screening.
