Job Description

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee owned company, is searching for talented, innovative scientist and engineers with interest in microelectronics security to join our Cyber Solutions Group. Modern embedded systems face security threats across the entire system lifecycle. Addressing these challenges requires individuals with out of the box thinking, innovation and the ability to work across multiple disciplines.
Candidates should have a strong interest in electronics design, electronic architectures, and semiconductor design, fabrication or failure analysis. The position will require laboratory analysis of Integrated Circuit (IC) devices across a wide range of technology nodes. Candidates should be familiar with basic microelectronic test and measurement equipment such as Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers and Spectrum Analyzers. In addition, candidates should have some education and/or experience with embedded programming and Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) development. Candidates should be quick learners, have excellent communication skills, and adaptive thinking. Must work well in a mission-driven team environment.
