Escort residents to and from rooms, activities and dining room as needed, and assists ambulatory residents as needed. Assists residents with personal grooming including combing hair, cleaning and cutting finger nails and toenails, assist in cleaning teeth, dentures and giving oral care. Assists with shampoos as needed. Assists in bathing residents in tub or shower. Answer call system and intercom promptly. Keep residents room tidy, makes bed, hangs clothing, empty trash daily or as needed, and other housekeeping duties as necessary. Responsible for residents personal laundry. Attends in-service training as scheduled. Responsible for required reports. Maintains professional demeanor and appearance and conforms to dress code standards. All duties as assigned by Administrator.
