Job Description

The Licensee Operations
Supervisor may be accountable for,
among other things, sales growth,
QSC for the customer, and
profitability in an assigned group of
Operator owned McDonald’s
restaurants .
They may also be responsible for
ensuring that assigned restaurants
have a business growth plan and
targeted action plan for
improvement, and for consulting with
and coaching the management team
to achieve their plans.
The Licensee Operations Supervisor
may be responsible for leveraging
RDM to develop the capability of the
General Managers and Department
Managers to lead the restaurant and
to ensure a strong pipeline of talent
for the organization.
