AUDIT READINESS SUPPORT
Location: Huntsville, AL
Must have “Secret” security clearance
Audit Readiness Team member supporting the end user community by providing systems and business process knowledge within GFEBS and other ARMY ERPs, with a focus on process auditability.
Role expectations include:
Supporting client audit sample responses with direct end user support, site visit and issue support, sample research/response job aid documentation creation, Key Supporting Document (KSD) Desk Guide and training development. Participating in workshops and training delivery to the field.
Analyzing, documenting, recommending solutions, and driving resolution to audit related issues arising from Exceptions and NFRs received for AMC business processes. Contributing to CAP creation. Contributing to new policy review and issue resolution from an audit perspective.
Analyzing current business processes in regard to auditability and best business practices, and developing Audit Operating Procedures (AOP) documentation. Identifying process documentation gaps and leading business process mapping efforts.
Required: Local to Huntsville, some travel.
Required: Understand GFEBS concepts and able to apply concepts using supporting systems and processes.
Required: Microsoft Excel proficiency.
Required: Ability to analyze financial postings.
Required: Ability to be self-directed in the completion of individual work assignments.
Required: Customer serving personality within a fast-paced environment.
Required: Experience working within SAP ERP system.
Required: Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels in order to articulate customer needs, changes necessary, training end-users, etc.
Preferred: Minimum Undergraduate Degree from an accredited University/College.
Preferred: Project management experience with the ability to multi-task.
