Answers incoming calls / greets customers and directs those calls/customers to the appropriate personnel
Receives payments in person and over the phone / Contacts customers regarding delinquent accounts
Collects and processes service forms
Collects referrals and referral information for sales staff
Helps customers with filing auto and homeowners claims
Receives and distributes incoming mail / ensures outgoing mail is processed correctly
Successfully complete State Farm training on 65 products that make up the companys property and casualty business to include but not limited to: home, renters, personal liability, personal articles, boat, auto, motorcycle, recreational vehicles, off road/utility vehicles, tractors, business, professional liability, commercial liability, workers compensation, business fleets, church, general liability
Successfully complete State Farm training on the marketing and service of State Farm Bank lines of products to include but not limited to: vehicle loans, boat loans, recreational vehicle loans, checking, savings, money market accounts and health savings accounts.
Successfully complete State Farm information security training and anti-money laundering training as required by State Farm for all employees working for a State Farm agent
Successfully complete specific State Farm training on product and sales knowledge for specific areas when offered by State Farm. Training is typically held off-site and conducted by State Farm product experts, generally lasting 1-2 days.
Participate in job shadow training during insurance reviews, sales presentations and other business related activities
Will participate in periodic reviews of skills knowledge, product knowledge and customer service knowledge to receive constructive critique of past performance and planning sessions for continuing training activity
Will perform other duties as assigned
