Clinical Team Lead | Senior Solution Architect – Baptist Health
Supervisor/Entry Level Manager
As a Team Lead | Senior Solution Architect you will provide venue expertise during client engagement to deliver workflow and solution design to achieve defined benefits. You will guide clients through workflows, upgrades, system changes and enhancements, ongoing system maintenance as well as act as a primary consultant for the client’s solution troubleshooting, consultation and knowledge transfer. You will be responsible for cultivating and sustaining relationships with clients to provide appropriate escalation of issues, solution knowledge and expertise. In addition, you will resolve complex client concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or solution application, perform test script execution as well as create and participate in unit and integrated testing.
Your people management responsibilities will include managing routine associate situations, directing the work efforts and results of a team of associates. You will develop goals and manage them for results as well as develop associates through coaching performance, completing performance reviews, goal setting and development planning. Finally, you will be responsible for promoting diversity and creating a respectful work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, Mathematics, Science, Healthcare Administration, Communications or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 5 years of Software implementation work experience
- Cerner Millennium experience
- At least 5 years Health care information technology work experience
- At least 3 years customer service work experience
- At least 1 year management experience
- Experience as a Registered Nurse
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Montgomery, AL area
