Job Description

Summary Description: Responsible for identifying, selecting, mixing, and applying chemicals to control pests. Communicating treatment options and solutions to current and potential customers. Primary responsibilities and requirements: • Safely Operate a motor vehicle within the Law and adhering to all company safety policies concerning use of the company vehicle. • Must maintain a Driving Record with zero points. Traffic infractions which result in points on your license will be grounds for immediate termination. • Must pass a criminal background check • Must not use tobacco products while on company property, company vehicles or customers properties. • Must pass Pre-Employment and random Drug test • Must comply enter into and comply with company employment agreement including a non-disclosure agreement and non-compete agreement. • Work will require employee to stand up to 4 hours, walk up to 2 miles, stoop, stand, crawl, and climb safely on a ladder up to 15 feet. Hand coordination and strength to squeeze up to 5 pounds of pressure. Ability to carry up to 20 pounds continuously during job performance. • Must be able to crawl in tight spaces and have no debilitating fear of close space, or insects such as spiders, ants, roaches, rodents. • Must be able to wear all appropriate safety gear including a respirator and keep facial hair to a minimum to allow for proper fitment of respirator • Must have good verbal communication skills and represent the company in a professional manner. • Must have basic computer skills and be comfortable using modern technology such as iPad, iPhone, email and text. • Will be responsible for collecting and managing up to $20,000 a month in revenue so basic accounting skills such as counting and balancing a balance sheet is required. • Must be able to work without supervision and have integrity when maintaining proper employment timesheet. • Employer will enroll the Employee in various College Correspondence courses which are crucial to our industry. A passing grade upon completion is required to continue employment.
