Description: The Customer Service Representative will perform the following functions:
develop and maintain positive relationships with our customers and reps and provide a high level of customer service
1. Two (2) years’ experience in working in customer service.
2. High school education or equivalent; some college prefer.
3. Must have computer experience and general familiarity with basic computer programs.
4. Must have good people and negotiating skills.
5. Must be organized and detail oriented.
6. Must be able to work unsupervised, and/or as a team player with a whatever-it takes attitude.
1. Answer all product, inventory, and order inquiries in a timely manner (phone calls, e-mails, etc.)
2. Enter all orders; check all orders prior to acknowledgments,
3. Evaluate all returns requests, enter all rmas, and process all rmas
4. Develop and maintain relationships with customers
5. Support sales reps, mail out marketing materials
