FCS Facility Maintenance

Office Clerk
(This is an On the Job Training position. Must meet OJT eligibility guidelines)

Job Description:

Work as an Office Clerk at a Facility Maintenance company answering phones, filing and typing.

Pay Rate: $10.00 to $13.00 per hour.

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM. to 5:00 PM. Monday through Friday.

Job Duties:

Will be responsible for incoming calls on a three-line phone, scheduling, dispatching workorders, mailing, coping, marketing, updating google calendar, and using Microsoft Word.

Job Requirements:

Requires 1 year of experience as an Office Clerk. Requires a High School Diploma or GED. Requires experience with Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel. Requires a valid, current Driver’s License, clean driving record and reliable transportation. Must have a cell phone. Must have a copy of the Driver’s License, valid insurance and copy of the Social Security card. Requires being a U.S. Citizen. Requires a background check and drug screen.
