As a 2020 Associate Development Program full-time participant with FIS, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.

This two-year full-time program has start dates in January and June with a dedicated “Learning Week” where you will;

  • Learn how to work within a corporate environment
  • Learn the structure of FIS and options for growth within the organization
  • Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities
  • Build a network of your peers from across the organization
  • This position starts January 13th, 2020.

About the team

The FCM Project Management team, manages/oversees the installation of our FCM Suite of Products. These projects cover Document Imaging for our clients, along with COLD+ (Report Storage), and eStatements for digital delivery for client customers. On average our projects last between 14 – 16 weeks. Some projects go longer, depending on client needs.

What you will be doing

  • You will be responsible for defining the project scope.
  • You will be responsible for getting your resources assigned to you project from various teams.
  • You will be responsible for keeping track of your time using FIS tools provided to you.
  • You will be responsible for keeping project tasks on track to meet critical project milestones.
  • You will be responsible for all internal and client facing communications via status reports, project plans, and project status meetings.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree from job discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team

Added bonus if you have:

  • Great communication skills
  • MS Project proficient a plus
