The Operations Documentation Specialist will have primary responsibility for preparing all EFL documentation ensuring that proper documentation is in place to protect the bank’s interest.

10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.

Work Environment:

There is minimum discomfort from noise in this area. Detailed instructions and procedures to be followed in a potentially hazardous condition (i.e. robbery) are received to minimize the risk.

  • Preparation of EFL documentation including:Recording of UCCs and follow up
    Managing of documents for file set-up and retention
    Insurance follow-up
    Work with legal to maintain proper documentation as needed
    Maintain document exception list for purpose of follow up and completion, i.e. obtaining vehicle titles
  • Initiate funding process subsequent to review of documents.
  • Initiate wire or check application forms.
  • Obtain all necessary ancillary documents for the transaction, i.e., invoices, mso’s, etc.
  • Work with vendors as required.
  • Review executed documents to ensure proper paperwork is in place for funding.
  • Complete documentation of transaction including amendments, covenants and revisions, as needed.
  • Review credit approvals to ensure deal compliance pre and post funding.
  • Assistant to Operations Manager in relation to LeasePlus including:Booking or reviewing of booking of transactions
    Set up or review of set up of ACH payments
    Posting payments or reviewing of posting to system.
  • Creating reports for management distribution.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in EFL or commercial lending industry or ability to quickly learn the nuances of the industry,
  • Technical knowledge and proficiency in EFL or commercial lending,
  • Good oral and written communication skills,
  • Solid customer relationship skills both internally and externally,
  • Planning, organizing and priority setting skills,
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office products especially Word and Excel,
  • Ability to work independently,
  • A college degree in business related field and/or equivalent training, etc. and three to five years prior experience is preferred,
  • Knowledge of LeasePlus accounting system preferred,
  • Documentation experience in EFL preferred, and
  • Knowledge of SuperTrump pricing system preferred.
