Job Description

DAI is seeking a Software Safety Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) located in Huntsville, AL. This position will support MDA through executing a full life cycle of software safety testing and by identifying requirements for software safety certification.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or Technical Discipline
5 plus years of related experience
Experience with full life cycle of software safety
Experience with regression testing
Experience with safety criticality
Familiarity with AMCOM 385
Understanding of Functional Hazard Analysis (FHA)
Understanding of coding standards
Active DoD security clearance
DESIRED SKILLS:

Masters in technical or scientific field
