Job duties includes direct patient care activities as indicated by the Nurse Supervisor within the scope of policies and procedures. Gives direct patient care according to the resident’s individual plan and needs as directed by the patient care plan. May administer prescribed medications to residents under physician orders. Notifies Nurse Supervisor of significant findings and/or changes in the resident’s physical or mental condition.
