Summary: Build relationships and deliver coffee and tea products to new and established customers within assigned area to increase sales. Sell allied products and penetrate existing accounts to grow incremental sales. Maintain and repair equipment. Keep track of product inventory.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Knowledge of sales practices and principles.
Knowledge of business math.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficient skill with personal computer and job-related software including MicroSoft Office products.
Ability to drive 16 – 18 ft. box truck.
Education and Experience Required: High school or GED equivalent plus 2 years job-related route sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Coffee/tea service experience preferred.
Licenses or Certifications Required: Valid driver’s license. Good driving record – motor vehicle report meets company standards. DOT Medical Certification.
