Responsible for Recruiting, onboarding, retention, performance management, employee relations, employee training and development, policy administration, benefits and safety.
*Maintain the accuracy and completeness of employee files and records
Manage timecards and payroll for hourly, non exempt workforce.
*Strong written and verbal communication and Interpersonal skills
**Proficient computer skills with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
