SUMMARY:

Keep yarn tied on creels so yarn does not break out or run out.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Keep all yarn tied correctly, on the creels you are assigned to

* Responsible for loading yarn from warehouse in buggies to be carried out to production floor * Responsible for unloading empty cones off of pins and buggy and placing them in the proper container * Stack pallet dividers neatly after removing yarn from them & help keep warehouse neat * Break down any yarn boxes emptied while loading your buggy & stack them * Keep assigned aisles swept & neat in appearance * Keep yarn strings off of floor & bottom of creels cleaned off * Keep buggy wheels clean & replaced when needed * Notify supervisor of any damaged yarn * Spray yarn with food coloring when needed * Other duties assigned by management are a part of this job description * Adhere to company policies, including attendance and punctuality * Communicate with co-workers, management and others in a courteous and professional manner; * Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions including but not limited to confidentiality requirements.

* Positive attitude and ability to handle highly confidential information * Ability to reflect positive attitude and disciplined work ethic * Ability to work in a team * Ability to work independently * High energy level * Strong interpersonal skills * Demonstrated experience in being a self-starter * Ability to deal with internal/external customers with enthusiasm and professionalism * Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are essential * Must possess confidence, good judgment, energy and the right personality to work in a challenging environment

* Basic education in reading and writing

* Good dexterity with hands * Ability to use an air hose
