Create business development leads by conducting meetings, attending conferences and mature those leads through the FTI capture process.
Interface with government personnel, potential teammates and FTI personnel.
Leverage FTI Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) analysis methods, tools and contract solutions to study problems and put contract solutions in place.
Interface with government personnel, companies and other entities to discover problems and put solutions in place.
Interface with FTI business development and operational personnel to grow new work.
Present FTI capabilities and contracting solutions.
Populate and mature leads in the FTI business development opportunity pipeline.
Help negotiate FTI teaming agreements.
Help stand up new contracts, task orders and interview new FTI candidates for employment.
Bachelor’s degree is required.
15+ years actively working in the DoD or government environments.
Experience creating and developing business development leads and growing work.
Ability to work with cross functional teams (i.e. project manager, logisticians, engineers, program analyst).
Must have be very knowledge of Army programs and processes.
Huntsville area knowledge and network required.
Ability to work independently with geographically dispersed team.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Familiarity with MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to maintain a government security clearance.
