Job Title:

Lead Clinical Delivery Consultant – Baptist Health

Job Description:

As a Lead Delivery Consultant, you will consult with clients during implementations to delivery client-specific venue configuration, testing and training. This will include consulting with clients on current workflows and configuration, upgrade implications, system changes and enhancements and ongoing system maintenance. You will provide implementation process leadership for client work groups, complete complex full-system solution build and maintain accountability for build quality score and follow up actions. In addition, your responsibilities will include navigating across venues to resolve issues, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate when appropriate to solution and engagement leadership. As a member of the team you will develop and execute complex test plan and test script execution and follow change management process for new defects, establish best practices for knowledge transfer and process improvement as well as assume venue coaching responsibility for other associates. This team’s main concentration is in the areas of patient scheduling/registration/coding/patient accounting. We also are responsible for all areas within the Ambulatory(physician practice and radiology) arena.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Mathematics, Business, Communications, Finance, Health Care Administration, Science or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

+ At least 3 years systems management or implementation work experience

Preferred Qualifications

+ At least 3 years health care information technology (HCIT) project management, sales or consulting work experience

+ Licensed Registered Nurse

+ Registered Radiological Technologist

+ Cerner Radnet or Powerchart experience
