The CLMS/FactorSoft® Platform sits on top of Microsoft SQL Server and consists of a hybrid of Microsoft technologies and suite of custom components; ranging from Component Object Model (COM-VB6), Windows Forms (.Net) and Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF). The platform has an arsenal of interfaces (100+) and class libraries running under custom built windows services; leveraging the latest true multithreaded architecture and Microsoft Messaging Queue (MSMQ) these services can infinitely scale vertically and horizontally. This platform supports both traditional commercial lending and collateral management, as well as, being the industry standard in factoring software.
Responsibilities include serving as a liaison between customers and development departments during the product development releases, creating clear and concise documentation that describes the business and functional requirements of the customer and working with industry research groups to prepare for product trends. + Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience or a combination of experience working with any of the following: analyzing financial, lending or accounting software.
+ Must be able to travel up to 15% to attend customer onsite meetings. Typically a Monday-Friday.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting.
+ Asset Based Lending experience.
+ Asset Based Collateral Management experience.
+ Factoring Lending experience.
+ Project and issue tracking experience using JIRA Software.
+ Document collaboration experience using Confluence.
+ T-SQL experience using Microsoft SQL Server.
+ Microsoft Office application experience.
+ Interacts with customers to gather system requirements.
+ Defines the system and functional requirements of the product.
+ Prepares business requirements and functional specifications.
+ Serves as a resource and/or participant in business process re-design activities. Assists the customer in determining if and how system enhancements may improve process flow and business function.
+ May perform application, system and regression tests.
+ Responsible for creating business requirements and system documentation, as well as contributing to end-user and project management documentation.
+ Works with quality assurance and programming teams to ensure changes are migrated into production correctly.
+ Interacts with technical teams to convey business requirements.
+ Works with industry research groups to prepare for product trends.
