• Greet customers
• Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
• Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
• Answer phones
• Typing correspondence
• Bank deposits
• Errand running
• Oversee new construction projects – such as gathering trade prices and agreements with vendors, ordering materials
• Process paperwork for vendors to be paid
• Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
• Perform other office duties as assigned
